St Johns Park Bowling Club was formed so that local people had the opportunity to play bowls in their own community, and bowls have remained at the heart of the Club ever since. Like most bowling clubs around Australia, St Johns Park Bowling Club had humble beginnings. In 1951 a meeting was held among a group of local men with a shared vision of having a bowling green in the area. They pooled their resources, and with volunteer labor and donated materials, slowly created a green clubhouse. Play commenced on the Club’s single green in March 1953.

Play commenced on the Club’s single green in March 1953.The Club boasts two dining options (Xi Yan Asian & Swish Pub Grub), Baking Room, Pavilion Bar, function facilities, TAB, and Sports Lounge.
We welcome visitors, however, we encourage membership as there are so many benefits to being a valued part of St Johns Park Bowling Club. Western Sydney Airport, formerly known as WSA Co, was established in August 2017 to build Sydney’s new international airport at Badgery’s Creek, in South-Western Sydney. WSA offices are in the Liverpool CBD.Western Sydney Airport is a Government Business Enterprise incorporated under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and operates under the Public Governance, Performance, and Accountability Act 2013 (Cth). Western Sydney Airport is wholly owned by the Australian Government, represented by the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Urban Infrastructure as shareholder ministers. An experienced Chair and Board have been appointed to govern Western Sydney Airport’s work on the airport project.
The Australian Government will invest up to $5.3 billion to build Western Sydney Airport. This investment covers Western Sydney Airport’s work on the earthworks and construction of the airport, including compliance with environmental conditions. It also includes funding for the Department of Infrastructure, Regional Development, and Cities to develop and finalize the airspace and flight path design.
Club Menangle is Australia’s premier harness racing track. Offering a wide range of options for the general public right through to corporate identities. There are family friendly spacious lawns and the public facilities are inviting. The Club has a children’s play area with slides and play equipment and for the adults. Plus two monster infield screens to show all the SKY racing action from around the world. With over 130 race meets each year, there is always a date for you and your friends to enjoy the harness racing action. Their ultimate event is the flagship Miracle Mile Carnival. Which is the ultimate speed and strength test for pacers. As well as the New South Wales Breeders Challenge Family Fun Day, featuring the cream of the NSW juvenile talent in June each year. More than just a racetrack, Club Menangle is the perfect venue for your next function or your special day.Menangle Country Club is the place to gather for weekend-long lunches, live music and country charm. The historic Menangle House still stands grandly amongst the beautiful gardens.
There is a new addition of a 250 seat function room purpose built for weddings with its own private bridal suite. The room has movable walls so can adapt to any style of event. To add to the atmosphere there is a garden for private ceremonies and a pre-dinner cocktail area.
The Menangle Country Club boasts state of the art facilities appealing to the entire family. A perfect location to relax with family and friends.

Calmsley Hill City Farm is an interactive farm, close to the heart of Sydney just off the M7 motorway at Elizabeth Drive. Get up close to a range of native and farmyard animals, at the farm you can feed the nursery animals and even take a tractor ride through some of our 500 acres of Farmland.
Bring your own picnic lunch, or use our free electric BBQs to cook your own lunch while you enjoy our beautiful grounds. Take-away food can be purchased at the Farmhouse Kiosk. We have special packages to cater for Children’s birthday parties and special events.
From September to April the farm offers camping at the farm on selected days, numbers are limited so booking early is recommended, see the website for more information.
Parking is excellent and there is wheelchair access throughout the farm and facilities for people with special needs.
District 8 marks the newest and most exciting phase of the multimillion-dollar redevelopment at Cabra-Vale Diggers, with one of the most progressive and ambitious projects to date for the Club.District 8 is 2000sqm South East Asian food options and ‘stations’: dumplings, congee, soup, noodles, BBQ, grill/stir fry, seafood, Chinese à la carte at Horizon restaurant, an in-house Asian bakery, fresh fruit, and sugar cane juices and salads, and an Asian bar. Diners will experience a culinary journey through South East Asia, where tastes, smells, and sights of the Mekong River that flows through Vietnam, Thailand, China, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar are represented. Jervis Bay is one of only 6 Marine Parks in NSW and is an area of unique, natural beauty. Only 2.5 hours south of Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra, it spans over 100kms of coastline and adjacent ocean. It is home to a unique mix of tropical and temperate species including the weedy sea dragon, eastern blue devil fish, whale, bottlenose dolphin, little penguin, fur seal, and the endangered grey nurse shark.Indigenous people have had strong ties to the Jervis Bay area over thousands of years and there are many sites of cultural significance to them within the Marine Park. The Booderee National Park borders the southern side of the Bay with the indigenous community now fully responsible for maintenance and upkeep following the hand back to the traditional owners by the State and Federal governments.
The Park caters to a broad range of recreational and a small, select range of commercial activities such as whale and dolphin watching and diving. Only those operators committed to conserving marine biodiversity, are approved to utilize the Bay.
The Australian Navy lays claim to a part of Jervis Bay with HMAS Creswell situated on the southern side of the Bay since 1911 when it was originally established as a college for the Navy.
Jervis Bay is also famous for its white sandy beaches, claimed to be the ‘whitest in the world by the Guinness Book of Records.
